My Story
My name is Randy Millet. I’m a husband, father of two, and a Technical Sergeant in the Louisiana Air National Guard. I lead worship at my local church and come from a modest background—my parents pastor a small church outside New Orleans. I never had formal education in business or real estate, and I certainly didn’t come from wealth. But I’ve always had the drive to do more.
Recently, I closed my first real estate deal—a 10-unit apartment building in New Orleans. It was a journey full of challenges, from securing funding to navigating the complexities of the deal. Along the way, I documented the entire process, turning those experiences into my first book, For Such a Time as This: How I Navigated the World of Multifamily Real Estate to Close My First Deal, and How You Can Too!
